Account information: name, email, company name, password
Payment information: processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details
Lead data: information you import via CSV including names, phone numbers, and property addresses
Usage data: campaign activity, conversation logs, call records

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the DealFlow platform
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To send transactional emails (welcome emails, account updates)
To improve the Service
To provide customer support

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (Railway) with encrypted database connections. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate DealFlow:

Stripe: Payment processing
Twilio: SMS messaging
Bland.ai: AI phone calls
OpenRouter: AI text responses
RentCast: Property valuations
Resend: Email delivery

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or lead data to third parties. We only share data with the third-party services listed above as necessary to operate the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or cancellation, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your lead data
